Dundrum Village is a Strategic Housing Development within Dublin, Ireland. The SHD consists of 881 residential apartment including a food store, retail / non-retail services units and a creche.
Services include the utilisation of SuDS within the development, flood risk analysis with compensatory void below the lower ground level (car park) water reticulation, foul sewer reticulation with a 12-hour balancing holding tank and access bypass road.
The project has been submitted for Planning Application.
