Fernwood is a low to middle income residential development for the open market. There are 51 two bedroom apartment units in the 4 block multi-storey security complex. The stormwater design included a permeable paving solution on the central parking area to maximise developable space.
Bloubos Road is a new regional road that will provide access to the Farm 920 subsidised housing project (also by Inani) and other developments in the area.
Rockcliff Living is a mixed-use development in the economic heart of East London. It consists of approximately 1250 free standing and sectional title units, a private school and a retail centre.
The Stodels Garden Centre in Bergvliet is the sixth neighbourhood nursery of Stodels in the Western Cape. The development includes a nursery retail outlet with a restaurant and coffee shop. The project included bulk earthworks and civils services. The stormwater design implemented SUDS principles for the entire site, incorporating the permanent landscaped areas with the temporary plant displays
Stellendale is a residential development in a security estate that includes 106 single residential properties and 188 apartment block opportunities. Inani’s involvement includes bulk earthworks and civil services to the internal development as well as external bulk stormwater and road upgrades.
This project included the expansion of the client’s current warehouse space to include a new and separate warehouse on their Atlantis property. The project included bulk earthworks and services to the new warehouse with additional staff parking and link road upgrades.
Forrest Mews is a gated security residential development that provided 170 residential units in multiple threestorey walk-up buildings. Our involvement included bulk earthworks, internal civil services design and link infrastructure design.
We Buy Cars is a warehouse development on the banks of the Kuils River. The warehouse is currently used as a second hand car sales showroom, but the client’s requirement was that the design thereof should be future-proofed to include multiple other uses. The project was delivered within the client’s tight 10 month programme for the showroom to open. The stormwater was designed to the strict policies of City of Cape Town, complying to SUDS policies and criteria.
The re-development of the Belhar CBD precinct includes various residential apartment pockets that provided >2500 residential opportunities in the form of one-and two-bedroom rental apartments, student housing units in multi-storey walk-ups and some single residential properties. Inani was involved in three of the student residential pockets, and three of the apartment pockets.
The Yacht Club is a mixed-use development comprising of two towers of modern apartments, a Hotel by Marriott and premium-grade office space.
